Clear, cool, delicately nutty, vegetal and yeasty nose with restrained yellow-fruity nuances. Slender, cool, finely juicy, bright fruit, vegetal and yeasty notes, salty tones, somewhat nutty in the background, certain persistence, very fine acidity and very delicate carbonic acid, animating style, good to very good finish.
