Cool, polished, still noticeably smoky-reductive and yeasty nose with tart, restrained yellow-fruity aromas, herbaceous-vegetable nuances and minerality. Taut and tangy in the mouth, lean and crisp, restrained fruit, yeasty, herbal and slightly nutty flavours, distinct minerality, plenty of bite, good persistence, good to very good, citrusy finish, again with traction.
