Firm and deep, still undeveloped aroma of ripe, predominantly black berries with smoky and bacony nuances, some root vegetables, pepper and dark meat, leather, juniper and tobacco nuances. Ripe, dense, tart dark fruit, roasted and smoky flavours, meat, pepper, a little Mediterranean herbs and juniper, bread crust in the background, crumbly-sandy, ripe tannins, a hint of dark chocolate, tobacco and tobacco ash, lots of salt, also chalky notes, good depth, very good, almost compact finish with dark juice, noble spice and again clearly meat. Great.
