Cool, distinctly yeasty and a little vegetal nose with bright yellow fruity and delicately nutty aromas, smoky traces and a hint of herbs. Clear, fine-juicy, bright, cool, polished fruit, fresh vegetal flavours, delicate acid bite, yeasty tones, good persistence and some depth, delicate grip, chalky minerality, very good, cool finish again with gently creamy, rather cool juice and yeasty notes.
