Relatively cool, quite fresh, light citrus-pomaceous fruit nose with fine vegetal, floral and nutty tones. Clear, bright, finely juicy fruit, polished acidity, nutty flavours, delicate yeasty notes, restrained vegetal notes on the palate, a little citrus zest and a hint of smoke, certain persistence, warming alcohol, but also cool, bright mineral tones, a hint of pepper, good to very good finish.
