2021 Bissersheim Goldberg Riesling trocken, Pfalz, Germany

Somewhat herbaceous-vegetable scent of ripe citrus fruits and some citrus zest with stone fruit aromas, some minerality and a hint of black berries and cubeb pepper. Quite firm, rather cool, juicy fruit with some sweetness but also tart herbal flavours, zest tones and minerality, relatively tight acidity, good persistence, a hint of passion fruit on the palate, fresh herbs, very good, quite tight finish with cool, sweetish juice and lots of acid bite.
