Quite firm, noticeably vegetal nose with rather calm yellow fruity aromas, herbs, some minerality and a hint of artichoke. Ripe, fine-juicy, rather calm fruit, delicate grip and fine acidity, delicately creamy on the palate, again a little artichoke in the background, hints of mushrooms and bacon, mineral and hints of peppery notes, lasting, very good, tart-juicy, grippy finish.
