Firm and quite deep, somewhat smoky and slightly waxy-ethereal, also clearly reminiscent of ivy, aroma of predominantly black berries with floral nuances, a hint of cherries, bacon and beetroot. Tart, tightly knitted fruit with smoky and herbal aromas, some pepper and citrus zest, quite present tannin, smoky wood aromas, some bacon, hints of juniper and dried Mediterranean herbs, certain power and alcohol warmth, but above all with air also subtleties, certain depth, good persistence, sooty hints, salt in the background, again also beetroot, bitter-chocolate tones, very good, tight, still very slightly drying finish.
