Firm, clearly herbal-vegetable and hinted at green-vegetable aroma with restrained yellow fruity notes, a little artichoke and green olives. Firm, quite juicy and tart in the mouth, again herbal to vegetable aromas, fine acidity and grip of crumbly tannin, good persistence, fresh tart herbs in the background, also very slightly burnt tones, has bite, certain minerality, a hint of white pepper, very good finish.
