Slightly warm, nutty, yeasty and a little dried floral aroma of partly preserved yellow and red fruits with rhubarb notes. Sweetish fruit, again with distinct rhubarb, plus smoky, nutty and yeasty tones, some peppery spice on the palate, herbal nuances and a little root vegetable, slightly superficial, yet relatively fine perlage, some persistence, a hint of vanilla, a little marmalade-like, relatively sweet finish.
