Slightly tobacco-like, somewhat vegetal to herbal and nutty aroma of yellow fruit with a hint of root vegetables and fennel. Ripe fruit with a delicate sweetish melt, a hint of exoticism and hints of mushrooms, suitable acidity, light tannin grip, certain persistence, chalky tones, hints of surimi, good to very good finish with delicate wood flavours.
