2018 Iphofen Kronsberg Chardonnay Spätlese trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly cool nose, light floral and vegetal notes, tart yellow fruit, earthy traces. Prominent citrus fruit and some apple on the palate, fairly lively acidity, some grip, vegetal and floral notes, light earthy and chalky mineral notes, some bite, fairly persistent, noticeable, but fairly well integrated alcohol, hint of sugar candy, good to very good finish.
