Light nutty notes on the nose, partly dried vegetal and earthy notes, moderate yellow fruit, very light hint of bacon. Ripe, slightly warm fruit on the palate, slightly sweetish and creamy, touch of sugar candy, very elegant acidity, good substance and persistence, floral and vegetal notes, hint of red berries in the background, quite full-bodied for a Kabinett, good, creamy finish.
