cool nose, delicate yeasty traces, fresh vegetal notes, pomaceous and stone fruit, hint of red berries and wild herbs. Fairly tart fruit on the palate, delicately sweetish and creamy, light nutty notes, hint of elderberry and beet root, elegant, lively acidity, fairly persistent, lemon verbena in the background, salty traces, clear cfontours, good finish.
