2015 Iphofen Julius-Echter-Berg Riesling Spätlese, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Fairly tart ripe yellow fruit on the nose, mineral and light dried vegetal notes, nutty traces. Clear, fairly polished, sweetish, juicy fruit on the palate, elegant, lively acidity, cool vegetal and mineral notes, delicate floral traces, good persistence, light tannic touch, some bite, more tart mineral notes on a very good sweetish finish.
