2013 Iphofen Kronsberg Chardonnay Spätlese trocken SZ, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Firm nose, prominent vegetal notes, nutty, spicy oak, ripe yellow fruit, earthy, mineral and floral traces. Ripe, slightly creamy and sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, elegant acidity, light smoky oak with some cnadied nuts, persistent, integrated tannins provide some grip, medium body, good substance, very good sweetish finish with smoky, spicy and light vegetal and herbaceous notes.
