Fester, dichter und tiefer, leicht rauchiger, dabei frischer, etwas kräuteriger, pfeffriger und gelb-würziger Duft mit gelbfruchtigen und leicht floralen Aromen sowie ein wenig Ingwer. Reife, wieder ziemlich dichte, saftige, einen Hauch süßliche Frucht mit Rauch, ätherischen Kräutern und gelber Würze, nachhaltig am Gaumen, angedeutete pfeffrige Noten, lebendige, feine Säure und Griff von reifem, mürbem Gerbstoff, gewisse Fasstöne im Hintergrund, deutliche, salzig-kreidige Mineralik, ein Hauch Kandis, tief und vielschichtig, sehr guter, fester, würziger und süßlich-saftiger Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik und Nachdruck.
