Clear, polished, almost cool pome fruit and citrus nose with fine vegetal and nutty traces, mineral notes and increasingly smoky barrel notes with aeration. Ripe, juicy yellow fruit, delicate vegetal, nutty and smoky tones, a hint of candy, almost sweetish melting, persistent on the palate, floral and black berry traces, minerality in the background, warm and cool elements, very good, juicy and finely spicy finish.
