Fester, komplexer und tiefer, etwas nussiger, tabakiger und leicht speckiger Duft mit herben gelbfruchtigen und an Paprika erinnernden vegetabilen Aromen, Rauch und Mineralik. Reife, saftige Frucht mit gelber Würze, feiner Pflanzenschärfe und leicht süßlichem Schmelz, dicht, kräftig und nachhaltig am Gaumen, gewisse Wärme, rauchige bis speckige und feine vegetabile Aromen, eher Wurzelgemüse, aber auch ein wenig grüne Bohnen, gute Tiefe, im Hintergrund Mineralik, etwas maritime Anklänge, sehr guter, dichter Abgang mit feiner Würze, Mineralik, Saft und Nachdruck.
