Cool, light almondy, delicate floral and somewhat vegetal to herbaceous nose, light yellow fruit, light smoky notes and nuances reminiscent of mussel shells. Clear, firm, tart, juicy fruit with cool vegetal flavours, lively acidity, has some grip, good substance and persistence, a certain depth, still slightly yeasty tones in the background, a hint of yellow spice, salty and chalky minerality, fine root vegetables on a very good, animating finish.

Best to drink: Mitte 2025 bis 2030+. What our ratings mean
