Deep and firm, noble, tart-vegetable, slightly nutty and a hint of yellow-spicy aroma of pome fruits and a little mustard cucumber with nuances reminiscent of salt lemons, floral traces, herbs and minerality. Ripe, dense, juicy, rather tart fruit, clearly reminiscent of celery, some mustard and yellow spice, lively acidity, still a touch of carbonic acid, lots of grip, persistent and powerful on the palate, good depth, salt and a little chalk in the background, nutty traces, hints of mushrooms and bacon, almost a little sweetness, very good, juicy and spicy, again somewhat warm finish with grip. Gains weight over days.
