Tart, nutty and somewhat herbal aroma with yeasty notes, citrus and pome fruit aromas, hints of smoke and mineral tones. Juicy, not completely dry fruit with nutty and herbal-planty aromas, again a trace of yeast and smoke on the palate, chalky tones, hints of floral, fine acidity and some grip, minerality in the background, has a certain melt, red berry traces, good to very good finish with delicate sweetness, but also draught.
