A hint of nutty and hinted floral pome fruit scent with fine vegetal hints. Fine, fresh, rather cool, polished fruit, vegetal and hints of floral notes, a touch of dark fruit in the background, yeasty and chalky-salty nuances, good persistence, very fine acidity, has life, very good, fresh-juicy finish with a delicate grip and bite.
