Firm and very fine, quite clearly nutty and a hint of yellow-spicy aromas with tart yellow-fruity and slightly floral aromas, a trace of egg yolk and hints of tobacco, bacon and porcini mushrooms. Dense, juicy fruit with nutty and again a little yellow spice, some smoke and restrained barrel tones, slightly herbal on the palate, celery, salt and hints of pepper, porcini mushrooms on the palate, delicately sweet melting, warm and at the same time cooling ethereal elements, fresh marjoram, good depth, lots of power, still undeveloped, very good to long, complex finish with juice, spice, minerality and pressure.

Best to drink: Mitte 2024 bis 2032+. What our ratings mean
