Firm, still slightly yeasty and somewhat floral aroma with yellow and a little white fruit aromas, fresh vegetal nuances, fennel seeds and a little light floral tones. Quite juicy, still undeveloped, slightly sweet fruit, lively acidity and some grip, a hint of candy, yellow spice, very light ethereal notes on the palate, salt and a little chalk in the background, hints of fennel and aniseed, some blood orange, some depth, very good, firm finish. Closes up after opening and only shows what it can do again on the third day in the air. Still needs to mature.
