Firm, tart, clearly herbaceous and planty aroma, also very slightly reminiscent of pak choi, with citrusy yellow fruit aromas, some smoke and mineral hints. Ripe, juicy yellow fruit with delicate nutty notes and again reminiscent of pak choi, hints of yellow spice, a little smoke, quite lively acidity and moderate grip, persistent on the palate, medium power, very slightly sweet melting, clear, salty minerality, a hint of mustard seed, still undeveloped, very good, juicy finish with minerality, mustard, melting, but also grip.

Best to drink: 2024-2029+. What our ratings mean
