Clear, polished, firm and deep, fine-vegetable nose with restrained yellow-fruity aromas, noble herbal tones and clear minerality. Deep, juicy and very concentrated, extremely noble, yet resting fruit, very fine, quite lively acidity and plenty of grip, herbal nuances, hints of sweet melting, deep, persistent and substantial on the palate, restrained power, fine vegetal flavours, clear minerality, long, juicy and again fine-vegetable finish with melting and plenty of minerality.
