Firm and quite deep, fine-vegetable and slightly bacony fragrance with nutty tones and aromas of ripe yellow fruits, delicate yellow spice, a hint of herbs and mineral hints. Ripe, very juicy, yet quite dry fruit, slightly ethereal herbal spice, lively acidity, some tannin grip, persistent on the palate, very mineral, yellow spice again, a hint of tobacco, very good, firm, grippy and juicy finish with bite.

Best to drink: Mitte 2022 bis 2027+. What our ratings mean
