Firmly woven, very dense, fine-vegetable and still slightly yeasty nose with tart, restrained, yet very noble yellow-fruity aromas, mushrooms, nutty hints, a little tobacco, pepper and mineral tones. Ripe, restrained, polished, again noble fruit, very fine acidity, vegetal tones on the palate, also a trace of butter and fresh mushrooms, hints of parsley, good depth, elegant style with restrained power, still hints of hard cheese in the background, chalky-salty minerality, tobacco nuances, very delicate barrel tones, very good, firm, calm finish with grip, fresh vegetal nuances, tension and again lots of minerality.
