2021 Sulzfeld Maustal Riesling Grosses Gewächs trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Taut, deep and cool on the nose, noble fruit, yeasty notes, a little herbaceous, a hint of tobacco, dark berries and distinct minerality. Firm, cool and reserved in the mouth, bone-dry, bright fruit, very fine acidity, yeasty, herbal and salty tones, persistent, delicately floral, has depth and energy, still undeveloped, very mineral, citrus notes in the background, taut finish.
