Deep, dense and complex, relatively cool, firm, tart and polished bouquet with fine planty, somewhat floral and herbal aromas, a touch of celery, hints of yellow spice and distinct minerality. Very firm, bone-dry, quite densely knitted fruit, fine acidity and plenty of grip, herbal to planty aromas and hints of yellow spice, quite intense minerality, deep and quite complex, yet still completely undeveloped, floral nuances in the background, a hint of pepper and bacon, delicate woody hints, long, firm, tart and spicy finish with plenty of minerality and grip. Grandiose.
