Firm, complex and deep, a hint smoky, also slightly ethereal, still a hint reductive aroma with yellow fruity aromas, resinous herbs, a little fennel and yellow-spicy as well as clearly mineral notes. Taut, tangy and juicy in the mouth, bone-dry fruit with yeasty, nutty and smoky tones, some yellow spice on the palate, again also fennel, persistent, lots of grip, excellent substance and depth, very firm core, still undeveloped, aniseed in the background, very good, tangy, dense, grippy and very mineral finish, again with yellow spice and highly noble juice. Stunning.
