Ziemlich fest gewirkte, kompakte, herbe, saftige Frucht, angetrocknet-vegetabile und zart nussige Töne, lebendige Säure, Griff von reifem Gerbstoff, nachhaltig und dicht am Gaumen, deutliche Mineralik, gewisse Tiefe, noch unentwickelt, sehr guter, fester, herber Abgang mit viel Griff und Biss.
