Translate to English Jugendlicher, fester, zart nussiger, vegetabiler und floraler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen Aromen, etwas Senfsaat und gelber Würze sowie recht deutlicher Mineralik und einer Spur Holz. Reif im Mund, saftig, warm und süßlich, recht dichte, etwas mollige Frucht, sehr feine Säure, gelbe Würze am Gaumen, Senfgurke, vanillige Töne und ein Hauch Pfeffer, viel Kraft, rotbeerige Spuren, nachhaltig, etwas Tiefe, angedeutet grüner Speck, sehr guter, saftiger, wieder süßlich-schmelziger Abgang mit feinem Biss und Griff.
