Translate to English Sehr fester, recht tiefer und vielschichtiger, etwas hefiger und angedeutet floraler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen, feinen, hellen vegetabilen und deutlich erdig-mineralischen Noten sowie angedeutet grünem Speck, Safran und reichlich getrockneten Kräutern. Sehr fest im Mund, kompakte, dicht gewirkte, herbe, dabei reife Frucht, lebendige, feine Säure und enormer Griff, viel helle Mineralik, noch merklich Hefe, kühle pflanzliche bis kräuterige Aromen, kreidige und salzige Mineralik, gute Tiefe, kräftig, aber nicht schwer, angedeutet grüner Speck, große Spannung, sehr guter bis langer, noch etwas eckiger Abgang mit noblen Kräuteraromen. Braucht unbedingt Zeit.
