Translate to English Noch unruhiger, ganz leicht krautiger, auch etwas tabakiger, erdiger und nussiger Duft mit zurückhaltenden gelbfruchtigen Noten, einem Hauch weißen Pfeffers und pfeffrigen Spuren. Reife, teils eingemacht wirkende Frucht mit frischen vegetabilen und auch wieder ein wenig krautigen Noten, sehr feine Säure, hefige Töne und mürber Gerbstoff, pfeffrig-gewürzige Aromen am Gaumen, holzige Anklänge, noch wenig entwickelt, gewisse Wärme und leicht spürbarer Alkohol, strafft sich noch mit Luft, sehr guter, leicht speckiger Abgang.
