Fairly cool nose, prominent vegetal notes, hint of tobacco, floral traces, light yeasty notes, restrained yellow fruit aromas. Sweetish fruit on the palate, more prominent vegetal notes, light yeastyandfloral notes,salty and earthy notes in the background, some acid bite, medium body, some persistence, polished style, improvessignificantly with aeration, good to very good, fairly tart finish.
