2020 Grauburgunder trocken "Vierlig", Baden, Germany

Relatively cool, firm, somewhat almondy and slightly vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruits with a hint of tobacco and bacon. Youthful, slightly melting fruit with light wood aromas and a hint of mint, fine, lively acidity, somewhat mellow tannin, quite good persistence, red currants, dried mushrooms and hints of coffee grounds in the background, salty and earthy tones in the good to very good finish
