2017 Brut Nature Blanc de Blancs, Baden, Germany

Quite firm and persistent, slightly developed, clearly yeasty nose with vegetal to herbaceous and prominent nutty aromas, citrus fruit, some pomaceous fruit, smoke and floral nuances. Ripe, again slightly developed fruit with smoky and vegetal flavours, yeast and above all fatty nuts, medium-fine tannin and some grip with ripe tannin, also a little peanut shell on the palate, certain power and persistence, buttery notes, a little herbs and yellow spice, slightly broad, good to very good, melting finish.
