Yeasty, somewhat spicy and clearly nutty aroma of partly dried pome fruit with floral nuances. Ripe, juicy, spicy fruit, yeasty and again clearly nutty aromas, medium-fine perlage, some grip, good substance and persistence, slightly buttery and mushroomy hints, woody tones, has melting, but remains completely dry, very good finish with juice and spice
