2015 Weißburgunder trocken SZ, Baden, Germany

Cool, slightly yeasty and muted nose, root vegetables, stone fruit and a hint of tobacco. Delicately juicy fruit on the palate, vegetal and yeasty traces, some sage and licorice, elegant acidity, moderate yellow spice, slightly muted by light oaky notes, smoky and salty traces, fairly good, slightly earthy and nutty finish. Needs some time to develop.
