2015 Pinot Noir trocken, Baden, Germany

Light smoky notes on the nose, hint of tobacco, dried vegetal notes, red berries and some cassis, earthy and mineral notes, hint of dried mushrooms, delicate peppery traces. Clear, ripe, tart, juicy fruit on the palate, pepery spice and light smoky aromas, fine tannins, light acid bite, persistent, salty mineral notes, more peppery spice, polished and quite elegant, very moderate oak, hint of dired mushrooms, elegant bite and spice on a very good finish.
