Slightly muted, yeasty and vegetal nose with cool citrus notes, a little mussel peels and pomaceous fruit. More yeasty notes on the palate, slightly nutty, slightly sweetish fruit on the palate, vegetal notes, medium-fine mousse, fairly persistent, some sugar candy in the background, floral traces, slightly creamy, not particularly deep, fairly good, sweetish finish.
