Schmelzig und holzwürzig im Mund, deutlich karamellisierte Nüsse, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit, hat Schmelz und feine Säure, wird fruchtiger mit Luft, Zitrusaromen, recht lebendige Säure, ein Hauch Gerbstoff, etwas Wärme, im Abgang gewisser Saft, braune Butter, Karamell und Kandis.
