Very light amber colour. Relatively cool, very slightly open, somewhat mushroomy and vegetal to herbal scent of yellow fruits with a hint of bacon and Williams Christ pear. Slender, still youthful, slightly sweetish fruit with nuances reminiscent of peach and red berries, lively acidity, delicate grip, certain persistence, hint of salt on a good finish.
