Relatively cool, somewhat vegetal to herbal, almondy and hint of bacon pomaceous and stone fruit aroma with a hint of lemon verbena, fennel and dark berries. Straightforward, slightly sweetish fruit with a hint of butter and root vegetables, lively acidity, some carbon dioxide, certain phenolic notes in the background, hint of chalk on a good to very good finish.
