Cloudy ochre to gold in colour. Distinctly floral and slightly tobacco nose with citrus and pome fruit aromas, some saffron spice, citrus peel, sunflower seeds as well as ethereal and earthy-rooty-vegetable nuances. Tart, juicy fruit with distinctly nutty, somewhat buttery, smoky and tobacco notes, lively acidity and plenty of tannin grip, persistent on the palate, smoky and woody notes, chalky and salty tones in the background, has bite and a certain freshness, very good, relatively cool, tart, juicy and spicy finish, again with some tobacco and tobacco ash.
