Cool, yeasty, clearly herbal and delicately mushroomy apple-citrus nose. Clear, finely juicy, tart fruit, clearly yeasty aromas, herbal-vegetable and slightly spicy, some grip, fine acidity, good persistence, relatively fine perlage, hints of green bacon, a trace of smoke, very good, grippy and tart-juicy finish with yeasty spice
