Clearly planty green and yellow fruity nose with fresh herbal nuances and floral traces. Slightly sweet fruit with notes of candy and clearly plant-based aromas, lively acidity and a certain amount of carbonic acid, a little covered on the palate, certain persistence, quite clear mineral notes, good, again delicately sweetish finish
