Dark, slightly cloudy golden yellow. Relatively cool, distinctly nutty, somewhat yeasty, yellow-spicy and vegetal to herbal aroma of partly mellow yellow fruits with nuances reminiscent of tobacco and dried mushrooms. Restrained, completely dry fruit with nutty wood notes, fine acidity, noticeable tannin grip, some persistence, salty tones, hints of verbena and nettles, quite firm structure, a hint of lavender in the very good finish.
